Я тут упоминал идиотов из нижнего пропагандистского звена. Обама вчера употребил ту же формулировку.

Миллиардеры платят меньше налогов, чем их секретарши, теперь это, типа, общеизвестно. Ну и дешевка, а.

Кстати, на самом деле миллиардеры и в процентном отношении больше платят – из-за двойного налогообложения.
